Milas Veterinary Faculty was founded with the official notification in the Official Gazette dated 05/06/2015 and numbered 29377 by the Council of Ministers Decision dated 25/05/2015 and numbered 2015/7723.
An area of 142.594.56 m2 has been transferred to our University: whereof 123.574.43 m2 in Mutluca District of Milas has been transferred with its buildings by the decision of the Privatization High Council (ÖYK) dated 24/05/2017 and numbered 2017/20 from Electricity Generation A.Ş. (EÜAŞ), further 9.433.82 m2, 4.597.56 m2 and 4.988.75 m2 area has been transferred from Milas Municipality.
In the 2018-2019 academic year, 40 students were admitted to our faculty. Among the 30 veterinary faculties in Turkey, our faculty was in the students ranking of preference within the top 10.
